Interior and exterior architectural highlighting of Jamaï palace

A palace in the core of the medina in this thousand-years city. It was built at the end of the 18th century by the grand vizier of the city. During the first third of the 20th century, it was transform into an hotel by Edmond Pauty, an architecte responsible of heritage isssues (Architecte des Batîments de France), archaeologist, painter and a Morocco lover. This hotel was sale to the ONCF to be reorganized and extended by Edmond Duhon, architect of HM Mohamed V.
Working lights in this symbolic palace is a challenge : make sparkle a diamond without denature it, bright without blind ! Outside, gardens, ponds, patios. Inside, … The whole expression of the majestic Moroccan arts and crafts !
